I've said it once, I've said it twice, but this time I'm really going to push myself to try and find that photographer's spirit I had years ago. I would come on DeviantArt and build up my reputation then vanish for the rest of the year because I simply couldn't produce any work I felt was decent compared to my old work. But this time I'm really trying to use this site to create a professional portfolio, I've added comments to all my uploads and want to keep that a habit for all future ones, I'm starting to watch more people, comment, and be more active on the site.

I got a new series in the works right now too titled "Junkie", it could be awhile before it's finished but I'm basing it off some real personal experience's I've had over the past year of my life. It is really one of the first series I have ever created, most of the time I just would take pictures of whatever and upload them but this time I've actually had to sit down and pre-meditate what moments I want to try and re-capture on camera, what feelings I want to try and spark from my viewers.

Wish me luck my fellow deviant's, keep uploading work and help me stay busy with the site. I don't want to let this account just sit here with no new work every being uploaded like my past accounts.

A little bit about my photography history,

I've always taken photo's for enjoyment, but I didn't start taking photography as a serious art form until I was in my second year of high school. I went to a vocational high school and studied photography for a total of three semesters and took another semester of commercial art before I graduated.

After I graduated I began taking photo's professionally for my own business. Since then I have done commercial photos for various companies and a friends clothing brand called AP INK. I have also done personal photoshoots for model's and senior photos.

Hope you enjoy my work, please let me know what you think. I always return the favor and try to write everyone back but I am a member of various sites so if it might take me awhile to reply.

You know, I haven't thought about looking at tutorials to learn new editing methods. I'll give that a try, I would love some new equipment but money has been so tight. I just applied for a job though and interviewed. By the sounds of it too I should get it which then I will go on a shopping spree and buy me all kinds of new crap from my camera haha.

Good! =)
You just need something that inspires you, buy some new gear, that always help me, or find a whole new way to edit photos, thats a good one as well..
But in the end, all you need is a really good photo, that will kick things up =) x
